There are many ministries and organizations by which our parish is enriched by volunteers -some require occasional participation, and others entail more regular service. Your involvement will not only enrich your life, but serve the needs our Parish.
Administration
These groups provide recommendations and assistance to maximize the financial, capital and spiritual resources of the parish.
Parish Pastoral Council
An advisory and consultative body working in concert with the Pastor and Pastoral Team. PPC normally meet on the third Wednesday of each month, from September to June. Parishioners are welcome to attend the meetings as observers.

Office Volunteers
Providing assistance in the parish office through light office duties – answering phones, assisting parishioners at the door, folding bulletins and more.

Finance Committee
Provides financial advice and assistance to the pastor, parish pastoral council and the parish at large. Meets regularly to review monthly accounting activities.

Volunteer Management

Liturgical Ministries
Adult Server
This ministry serves at the altar. Adults and youth age 16 or older. (Younger teens may train as Junior Adult Servers).

Altar Servers
Serve at the altar. Girls and boys grade 4 or older; must have celebrated their First Reconciliation and First Communion.

Altar Linen Care
This ministry cleans and cares for the linens that will be used during the mass, including the vestments of priests, altar/adult servers.

Plans and coordinates all aspects of the parish liturgical celebrations.

Music Ministry
Holy Family Parish has several choirs. Singers, song leaders and musicians are welcome. There is also a children’s (Gr. 3-6).

This Ministry decorates the church according to the Liturgical Seasons of the Church Year. Adults and youth.

Lector
Lectors proclaim God’s Word to His people and also offer Prayers of Intercession on behalf of the people. Adults and youth age 16 or older.

Children’s Liturgy
Leaders and helpers needed to facilitate children’s programs during the Liturgy of the Word at Mass. Adults and youth aged 16 or older. Boys and girls, age 10 and older, can be helpers.

Extraordinary Ministers

These groups develop, promote and provide religious education programs.
Catechism Classes
For grades 1–6 and Jr. High students. Faith enrichment in addition to the religion curriculum in our Catholic Schools; one hour class from a prepared program once a week on Fridays, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Leaders Adult and youth aged 16 or older.

Devotional Ministries
Divine Mercy Cenacle – The Divine Mercy Cenacle meets every Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. to study St. Faustina’s Diary, Sacred Scripture, Catechism of the Catholic Church, and Church writings. Recitation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy precedes the cenacle. All are welcome!
